Registration for it is still open on Active.com until 9/11. I'm just guessing, but I'd bet the RD is waiting to see how many last-minute registrations they get before making a call. I was thinking about doing it myself, as it's only about a 1.5 hour drive for me, but I'm still nursing an injury.
