The next two weeks is mostly down time for me. I'm going for a short run today but probably won't do all that much over the holidays unless we get some decent snow so I can go x-country skiing. I'll probably gain about five lbs or so but will get back into a regular routine in the New Year. For me it's the same pattern every year.
