The last 6 years I've been staying at the Paniolo Greens in the Waikoloa Village. It is about a 15 minute drive to Hapuna Beach and 12 mins to the Fairmont. You can either get a one or two bedroom condo. Three bedrooms are also available. It is about $135 a night with free parking. A lot of participants stay there.
