What do you want for Christmas?
This is a purely materialistic question. "World peace" and "a kona slot" aren't attainable for most of us (but infinity goals are worthwhile!)

I want a BTA system that doesn't make a mess, a Swim Tether and a TdF cycling experience.

Too late, blew it up for BF and CM sales. New and used stuff. The shed is full of training and race wheels, things are getting fixed. More bike shoes than a Sex in the City character.

But if wishing.................some kind of decent smart trainer. I had a sour experience with a used Kickr Snap and am back on a fluid with crank meter on Zwift nowadays. Not as engaging and makes team time trial races a bit more difficult to feather power when not pulling.

For Shimano to get their crap together with the new group and catch up to the rest of the world--so I can get my new bike...because I'm not getting caught up in being a gear behind again (not that the extra gear makes any performance difference) like I always am each time I get a new bike. Done with SRAM, I made the Leap to Red and pretty much am regretting it. Lost faith in SRAM even with the wireless. Left Shimano for the promises Sram was way better, lighter, cheaper. They were right...it is "cheaper" in every bit of the word...so...that's what I want for Christmas, you asked...rant over.

GoPro Hero 8 or Max. Footage looks sweet with the updated stabilization. Hoping an audience is out there interested in watching me keel over during intervals this winter.

  1. my health
  2. donate 8 lbs from my body to anyone that needs more mass on ST
  3. Gain 30Watts of FTP
  4. have one of the lifetime ST swimmers transplant some fly, breast stroke and back stroke technique into my brain
  5. Meet many old friends at races as I embark on first year in 55-59 racing

Money cannot buy me any of these. I'm not rich by any means, but all the tri equipment I can buy...the above list, I cannot put on Mastercard

I cut some logs from my forest into boards. I am asking for some planes and I am going to smooth them out over the winter.

Absolutely nothing, I have everything I could possibly need.

I am hoping to pick up a deaf dog from the pound if the adoption gets approved. No one else will take him and he looks like a good runner!
