Now that I own one, what are all the different helmet inserts that came with this thing?

I own a Cerebel, and the Cerebel only came with the normal "comfort/sweat" foam that is velcro to the inside. The Tempor came with that. But it also came with two totally different sets of inserts with some pretty darn thick foam padding on it. Unlike anything I've had in a helmet before.

The instruction manual goes into zero detail for what that is for. Is that because they only made it two sizes and if a really small head person uses it you use the other insert?

The one insert also seems to block the air from the vent and guide it away from the head and out the side.
