Thanks, shooting for 175. Was my weight at the end of high school and the first time I’ve been that low ever since.

More training and remind myself to eat vegetables every day. Probably replaced 80% of my alcohol consumption with weed.
I do recall you're anti-plant based diet, so it's interesting that introducing more plants as in vegetables has led to significant weight loss.
In terms of alcohol and Marijuana, it's probably good to drop those as well.
If subbing trash food for a salad (with meat) a few times a week makes me plant based, then change my username to The Kale Kid
But I’m probably eating more good meat than ever
