The swim will be wetsuit legal for sure. I have never seen it not wetsuit legal but I have only been in the sport four years. The lows for this week in Phoenix are in the 50's and the high's are just above 80 degrees.

I don’t think it’s ever remotely close to being non-wetsuit. The year I did it the water was like 61 or 62, and the daytime air temps were in the 80’s.

Is there a website that shows the daily water temperature at the lake? I'd like to know if I'm dealing with low-70s or low 60s (just to prepare what I'm going to bring as far as cold water gear).

I raced on Sunday in a wetsuit. The USAT referee said the temp was 69.7. Quite a few people swam without wetsuits. By Nov 18 it will definitely be in the mid to upper 60s.

It will be between 63-65 on race morning.

The AZ 70.3 a couple weeks ago was wet suit legal. The full will be wet suit legal as well, as it is getting cooler.

I did the race a couple years ago and it was wet suit legal.
