I'm just setting up a pain cave in the basement, and I'm looking forward to some hours on the trainer watching the TdF on my TV down there.

I'm curious how other people do this. Sure, I could add another cable box with a DVR down there. Or I'm wondering if I can watch it via hookup to my computer (either direct HDMI or Roku). Any advice?
