i second this emotion. when i got rocker plates for my and my wifes trainer setup it was a "game changer" in comfort.


also the kickr climb is very cool. i bought one for the wife's setup. for "free rides" in zwift she really likes it. however if all you ever do is workouts in erg mode it would be a waste of money.

look up SBR rockr plate. they make a QUALITY product. its on the pricey side, but i figured the man hours i would put into making my own, it would be cheaper for me to just buy one.
