Visit to LA -bike problem

I am in LA from 29th September to 6th October. I am coming from South Africa, it is a long ass journey.

I am trying to avoid bringing my bicycle with -is there anywhere/anyone that i could hire a road/tri bike from for that period?

Long shot I know.

You can rent a road or mtn bike at Cynergie cycles in Santa Monica.

Just got back to LA (home) from SA, it is a real long flight! Check out Helens Cycles, they rent all type of bikes. Enjoy riding here in LA.

H&S cycles in Burbank, and Incycle in Pasadena have race bike rentals (or used to).
