So the virtual camp last week, what a week it was. Newborn baby, diaper change, back to the pool have a good swim, home diaper, smile at wife off to the park run, home diaper issue, off on bike ride..... the rest is history.

Well this is how it went:

7th: Ride 55M, run 3.5M to swimming and did 2200m = 91

8th: Ride 30M, swim 5000m = 80

9th : Ride 52M = 52

10th: Ride 70M = 70

11th: Swim 4000m, Run 21M = 124

Total points: 417

I hope that this fairs well, cant wait till the next one.
