Hey, WHat happened to her and Emma at the HyVee race?? I consider them the two fastest women in the world right now, but were awol somewhere on the bike there with 200k on the line....Too tough a course??? SIck maybe??

No idea...but for Euro athletes, there are many subventions given by the federations and sometimes athletes are bound to do some races.
maybe it was just not possible for VF. Not sure for Emma though...injury?

I heard she was ill. Although, I did read in several accounts she succumbed to the heat. Maybe both were true. The heat got to her due to illness.
