Damn, that girl is indeed phenomenal!!! Just to get into that upside down vertical position would require most people (and myself for sure) to expel essentially all the air from their lungs, and I have always found that feeling extremely uncomfortable. I encounter this sensation about 2-3 times per swim if I come off the wall too deep when swimming backstroke and it seems to take forever to get back to the surface. Anyway, I would assume that girl in the video is a synchronized swimmer, and her sport's difficulty is VASTLY underrated!!!
