I'm not convinced this part is accurate. I could be wrong, but I thought that the athlete had some choice of taking a provisional suspension pending resolution of the charges.

But I'm not sure why a promoter would want an athlete competing under such a cloud. But Armstong may be different, as he seems to have enough fans out there that will believe in him no matter what the evidence turns out to be.

How do you pass a drug test but at the same time have results that are "fully consistent with EPO use and blood transfusions"?

This is garbage.

Talks of allegations going back 16 years, but ignores that some of the USADA allegations are over suspicious samples given in 2009 and 2010. States that these are the same charges that the Justice Department chose not to pursue -- that simply is not the case.
