For those who have rode the USAC Masters Nat's TT course, How is the road surface? and how steep is the hill?

So this isn't the whole course and doesn't include the hill on the north side, but this was my ride for Ironman VR1 back in March 2020. I stayed to the flawless pavement section but this did include 8 uturns.
Needless to say it's got the potential to be very, very fast with the elevation and pavement quality. Now that side road that juts west had pretty poor pavement the last time I was there but it's been a while since I've been there.
