I'm not sure if this is real or just perceived? I feel like I have two different running styles and cadence depending on whether I'm am running stand alone or off the bike.
Off the bike I feel like I have higher cadence with less knee lift. I would say my run is the best part of my race and where I am able to make up the most time.
What are your thoughts on this?
