Tri Coaching and bike fitting
I was reading Tom D's notes from the FIST clinic. I totally agree that there needs to be more connection between coaching and fitting athletes on the bike based on their bio-mechanics. I coach triathletes and cyclist around the country and really focus on fitting as an extension of coaching. I use the wobblenaught fitting system. This guy really developed a system that so far is the most superior fitsystem I have ever used.

Steve,
I glanced over the Wobblenaught site and found it interesting, but it looks like the on-road portion is aimed at the standard road position. Wouldn't one need to adapt the system to address the aero position?

We do tri fitting once we have the measurements set. We use a lazer to finalize the fit for seat angle, aero bar height, and as Dan calls it the cock pit. See the athlete comments on results.
