Hi,
I have been trying to contact TriRig’s support email for the last 2 weeks about my Delta nose cone but have had no response. Does anyone know if they are on holiday or closed down or is this usual for them to take so long to respond / not respond at all?

Did you ever hear back from TriRig? I have been having the same trouble, trying to get a replacement part for my Alpha One. It took them several days to respond the first the time, and nothing for a week since then. They did indicate they are in the process of transitioning warehouse space, but I can't imagine it takes 12 days to track down a part (or at least determine if they have it available and communicate that back).

Hi, Yes they got back to me the day after I posted - which was good, and usually they have been really efficient in the past - not sure what was going on at the time.
