Just bought a used, 2020 Speed Concept. Any idea of where to purchase risers for the mono bar (if there are any)?

There are different height risers you can use. Likely need to order them through your local trek dealer.

Not sure yet. Putting it together and will do a fit. Want to have them when i do the fit. Do you have a “set?” If so, how much?

I do need to raise the TT bar; apparently there’s a way to raise it without spacers. Anyone with experience with this?

You can either raise the monobar or the base bar. Base bar is changed with different stems, monobar is adjusted with spacers..

If you’re using conventional bar end shifters it’s a major pain in the a$$ because you essentially have to recable the bike each time a component is changed !

The only thing you can do without a different stem or mono spacer is tilt the mono-extension.

There's a pad wing spacer that will add 5mm to your pad y. That's the only thing that can done to raise the pads without changing a mono spacer or the stem.

A Trek dealership or used... here on this forum could be a good resource and I've seen them pop up on E-Bay. You almost want to fit the front end without cabling it first.... wireless etap makes the front end nicer as well.

The stem is another part that is used to fit the front end... I love my SC but the front end fitting is a lot of work with a lot of different proprietary parts... stems and the risers. Then you have a few choices of aero bars... good and bad especially if you're buying a used bike and don't have these misc. parts.

Current set up is just too low. I believe it’s causing outside shoulder pain. I’ve bought a wider crossbar and thicker pads. Must i use bigger spacers? Looks like a pain, but i might be willing. See pic for current setup.

Which one of those parts rise the most and which are easiest to install?

.
Depends on what you want to move up... the stem raises the whole thing under the base bar and then the spacer raises up your aero bars...

Assuming you mean raising the base bar up... the 'high' ones are going to be the largest.

- Low-Near = 17° rise / 77mm length
- Low-Far = 100° rise / 110mm length
- Mid-Near = 50° rise / 67mm length
- Mid-Far = 45° rise / 110mm length
- High-Near = 80° rise / 67mm length
- High-Far = 75° rise / 110mm length

I really do like my SC but the front end and its proprietary parts aren't my favorite.

Looks great. Did you have to replace the cables?
