Just got done my first trail run. I have never seen so many hills, rocks, fallen trees, mud, and stone walls in my life. If there actually was a trail I don't think I ever saw it. Normally I'd finish a 7 miler in about 47 min... I finished "The Ugly Mudder" (an 11k) in 1:06:15 and had an awesome time.
