So, I've been thinking about this for awhile, haven't hit the track in a year. Most of my workouts have been distance runs and no speed work outside of threshold runs. How many track workouts should be thrown in when you're averaging around 10 hours of training total for a week. Roughly 3-3.5 hours of running/week.
