TitanFlex Customer Service Rocks!
Back on Easter Sunday as I was cleaning off my TitanFlex Transition, I noticed a small crack in one of the welds. I e-mailed Tom and within two hours he responded and without hesitation said he would send out a new frame asap (it is under warranty). He later thanked me for catching it early and said he would be able to make a small modification to prevent future occurences. As a bonus, I was able to change colors from red to black at no charge...this guy really takes care of his customers!

Check it out:

In this day of mediocre customer service it's nice to be able to acknowledge someone that does an exceptional job.

Classic Tom... he's a one-man show and does a fantastic job with those bikes. TitanFlex is a ride that I always look forward to testing; it serves (very well) a segment of riders who find that ti beam beneficial, and it really delivers as expected (never mind any potential aero benefits with that beam). Great-looking rig.

I agree Jay. Tom has been amazing to work with over the years. It pays to do business with a smaller company like TitanFlex.

I've had my Transition for three years and love it. I had a race last weekend and got a number of inquiries about the bike. I don't know if it was the black frame or not but most were from guys that I've raced numerous times. Never had that much attention with the red frame.
