Ullrich may come back as a consultant in a pro team...He will just be yet another (great) cyclist who doped who comes back to the sport, to provide advice. He will get along well with Riis, Mauro Gianetti, etc.

Yeah, I had noticed. That said, I always liked Ullrich. I just never thought for a second that he was clean. Either we accept that doping is rampant in the sport (except Lance, who is clean as everyone knows) and let them race. Heck, we could even include some of that in the drug development process...something like phase 2' of the FDA process. Or, we just clean it up for good.
