... or at the best a fair weather triathlete. At least I am for the start of this season.

This morning was my first pre-work pre-dawn ride. The winter and lack of spring has been fairly brutal mentally here in Chicago, but I have to say.... riding along the lakefront and seeing the sun come up as I was doing a decent effort was absolutely spectacular.

Talk about starting the day off right...
