Sorry - took a while to post up my finished P5 Three build - I've been too busy out racing on it. Here is a picture with a buddy's P5 Six before a recent triathlon. His has the VWD paint job whereas mine has the full Di2 treatment including combined brake/shift levers ...

My local bike shop recommended Bike Shine by Motorex. Works really good - need to clean bike first but than I spray this on a rag and wipe it on - gives it a little sheen and makes it much easier to keep clean - sweat stains etc dont show as much and come off much easier

Looks good - is that only the computer mount plate? Or did you need base plate as well? Pretty easy solution for $35!!! Thanks for sharing.

Are those the standard 38cm width Auduro bars? They look wider.

excellent colour coordination on your saddle! no matter how uncomfortable it might be, it must stay ; )

Hi
Nope it belongs to a guy named Aleck who lives locally and usually does long course stuff - he is in training for Roth this year but was at Beaulieu this weekend on it
The saddle colour is a complete fluke - I chose it based on comfort alone ;)

I have and posted some pictures early in the thread. Even dropped the CO2 carrier on it and it works like a charm. Is a little pricey for what it is but it is going on a $10k bike you know. :-)

Damon, I was wondering if you're planning to move the P5 onto the same geometry as the new P3 for the next model year, i.e. 700c for the 48 to give a more similar stack height option for people who used to ride a 51 with the old P3?

Hi guys!
I'm new to triathlon bikes and just picked up a P5. I've been riding road and mtb for a few years now.
Now I do have a few questions hopefully somebody could answer.
First off, I did not notice any lever on the front brakes to allow the removal of the front wheel without deflating the tire. I'm assuming since it is hydraulic that there is no way around deflating the front tire?
Second, since I am new to tri bikes, where is it best to rest your hands on while riding? I had the shop shorten the bar enough for me to be able to grip the grip loosely, but I have to move my elbow up a bit to shift. If I were to shorten the bar some more, is it a big hassle since the shifters and cables are already routed?
Thanks!

It's simple. Just unscrew the aerobars from the mounts, detach the wire (there is a connection between the sifters and the rest of the bike). You should remove the shifter and grip tape, plus any other electrical tape as well, but that's simple.
It took me an hour for both my aerobars, taking my time to ensure everything went correct and smoothly.
Remember to measure 2x, cut once!

Is it possible to pay you to do the hacking ?! I don´t think I can do it. I have a Cervelo P5 with DI2 11sp. If so please let me
know the price and when it could be finish.

I've never actually done it before and I haven't touched a soldering iron for 10 years so I'm probably not the best person to ask. I was just pointing out that they need to be hacked and showing you how it is done.
