The Penguin Needs Help
I need some help with regards to running, my natural gait results in my feet pointing outwards, like a Penguin (or ten to two on a clock). I have had orthotics made and I am currently running with a pair of Nike span triax shoes. I have started to get a pain in my right knee (inside knee below knee cap) and also in my left hip (right on the hip bone). I do not have this pain whilst running or cycling, but I do get it the morning after a run. I have not increased my running a lot and was looking for some advice on shoes.

I bought the Nike to compensate my over pronation before I got the orthotics, do I still need a stability shoe with orthotics, or would a more cushioning shoe do. I am 6'1" and weight 200 pounds.

Thanks

TC
