I've been looking for a good podcast that's based on endurance sports but not super-nerdy tri stuff. Recently stumbled upon The Adventure Stache and it's awesome. I'm sure I'm late to the game here but I didn't see anything posted about it so I figured I'd let others know.

Pro XC mountain biker Payson McElveen interviews everyone from pro cyclists to mountain climbers, skiers to NFL players, triathletes to roller derby champs. Pretty cool stuff. My favorite episode so far is Carson Storch, freeride mountain biker. Listening to him talk about the intricacies of the Red Bull Rampage was fascinating. Way more involved and cerebral than I expected.
