That Direct Drive Trainer Article
So I just read through the frontpage article on direct drive trainers:
https://www.slowtwitch.com/...e_Trainers_7427.html

I was VERY surprised to see the bkool smart air on the list. This unit has for years been more of a myth, a vaporware product, something only seen in beta version, never fully accessible. Just see this article from 2018: https://www.dcrainmaker.com/...-trainer-lineup.html

I can after some searching see it is out now, but getting a lot of critique, from noise, power inaccuracy etc. all that at a premium to e.g. a kickr core (which to be fair had a few niggles in the beginning too)

I'm not on some kind of vendetta against Bkool, i have one of their smart trainers (had it for 3 years with zero issues), I'm just wondering what the criteria are for having x trainer in these kind of articles. Is it to just list all available non wheel on smart trainers no matter the quality, and then the consumer has to find reviews and decide themselves? Is it to give recommendations on trainers that you can approve of?
If the first it should be stated so people don't get the idea of you having picked out some good ones but just list any you can find. If the latter, then what are the criteria?

This statement seems to imply the former "let’s take a look at what the market has to offer." They are listed in alphabetical order, which often suggests no preference or priority. Do you know of any products omitted from the list that might indicate filtering?
