Thanks Canyon!
I recently purchased my second Canyon. I had a Speedmax CF SLX and loved it. So I bought a road bike. The Aeroroad with disc brakes.
Anyway, there was a ding in the paint when I received it. The Canyon service was great to work with a we came to a happy resolution with zero hassle.
I see so many complaints on Slowtwitch, I thought a shout out would be fun.

I expected nothing less than cynical from Slowtwitch. I patiently waited over two years for Canyon to come the US.
I joined Team Zoot because they seemed like a fun group and knew Zoot was a quality company.
Garmin is also a sponsor of Team Zoot. If I said something nice about Garmin would you be cynical?
I get tired of all the negative comments on hear.
My guess is you will always be cynical.
I am cynical about “clean” cyclist.
Guess we all have issues.😜

Same experience with Trek, got my speed concept, found paint chip, took it back to Trek store, 2 weeks later got my freshly painted bike back.

For sure, quality customer service is not unique to Canyon.

Did they stop putting carbon paste on the seat clamp parts? That was my one and only beef with Canyon. Basically needed to use a sledgehammer to tilt my saddle two degrees.

Canyon overnighted a derailleur hanger to my LBS after I crashed the bike. That was cool of them. No charge either.

I had to add paste to seatpost clamp. I did not notice any added anywhere else.

I had this same issue when my Aeroad arrived in May. It was very disconcerting to have to beat the hell out of my brand new seatpost with a hammer to dislodge it.

Other than that the bike is great.
