I'm gonna be in Houston for a week and a half and I don't want to have to stop training. Can anyone recommend a place to run and swim? I'm not taking my bike so I'll probably just do some spinning in the gym. Any open water swimming, trail running? Thanks.

BTW, be prepared for the heat and humidity. Expect a heat index of 100 - 110 . Even on my runs starting at 4:30 am, the heat index can be 90.
