Tampa/St. Pete tubie pros: Track style lace up
Quote | Reply
Having failed 2x at a pro level track lace up I'm seeking a tutor. For years I got into that mentality of 'easy peel off' and while I remember having better lace up skills than I do now, perhaps I was never *that* good. Just don't seem to have the knack for getting that last bit of base tape adhering to the rim. To that end I did a way better job than the hack from one of the local shops did. It was so atrocious with the valve stem going 'dink dink dink' on every revolution I took it off and decided to do it myself and it was significantly better, but not as good as I have seen and for what I'm striving towards.

Any tutors? I will bring beer as long as I get coached as I want to develop this skill...thanks!
