Quick google didn't get me any info. Anyone have one of these trainers and know if it can be used with a 650c wheel bike? I'm assuming there isn't anything in the assembly that would get in the way of a smaller frame, and that I could prop an extra phone book or something under the front wheel to level it out with how the rear end's sitting?

They have a list of bikes that fit. Your bike may or may not be on it.

Other than that, maybe call a place that sells them and ask them to measure out what the clearance to the seatstay would have to be?

I have the Premier Tactical in 650c and ride the Tacx Neo with no problems. It’s close due to a fairing underneath the bike but with a good block up front for the wheel (one with a few height options) you should be fine.
