I'm thinking of finally replacing my computrainer. The Tacx NEO 2T Smart Trainer looks to be the quietest best etc.

Plan to use it with a laptop. I don't have or want a microsoft account.

So how does one update the firmware or do other utility things or use the training app with a pc. Couldn't figure a way to download it for windows 10.
