TSS on Strava?
I have recently made the switch from Zwift to TrainerRoad and I couldn't be happier with the level of training and programs TR offers as opposed to Zwift. I finally feel like I am getting good works in and in a tri specific program.

I do wish that TR could do an upload of my Strava run data into my TR calendar to take into account my runs so I don't have to manually enter them but maybe in the future.

My question for the group; does Strava provide aTSS value anywhere? I know that Training Peaks does but I refuse to add a 4th training tracking device; I already have GarminConnect, Strava, and TrainerRoad.

Thank you!

Strava uses a relative effort number. But that is also tied to heart rate, so changing heart rate zones will affect that number. If you can use a Chrome browser, get the elevate plugin for Strava. this will add data to your Strava page including a "power Stress score" which is basically tss. There are other sites that will calculate tss for Strava activities such as https://intervals.icu/ and http://stravatsscalculator.com/

My Strava rides show a Training Load (TSS equiv) and Intensity % (IF equiv). It seems that if you don't set your FTP, they will use a "calculated FTP", which for me was about 3% higher than what I think it is based on testing.

I'm not sure if these are available for runs, or rides only; and for all users or Summit members only (I am Summit).
