Switching shoes. What needs to change for fit?
I am switching shoes from Sidi T-3 Speedplay version to Sworks trivent with a 3 bolt pattern. How do I compensate for the change in stack height using the Speedplay 3 bolt adapters? Is it as simple as raising the saddle a few mm? If so, how many mm?

I'm in the same situation, except with a new shoe with a shorter (about 5mm) stack. I would assume that I need to drop my seat post by the same amount. My question is should there be any adjustment to the stem height? If so, how much and would should it be the same for both my road and TT bikes?

Maybe not a bad time to visit your local bike fitter if you have a good one. I recently changed shoes and we made some fairly major changes to my fit after he mounted the cleats. My flexibility had improved allowing me to get into a more aero position (and comfortable, as it turns out) position.
