Im in SLO/Paso for the week and will need to train before the alcatraz triathlon.

Would love to have some recommandations for swimming (pool) + road/TT bike rental + bike routes for Mon-Fri this week.

The SLO Swim Center is great. Gorgeous pool, only $3 drop-in fee. Not too crowded if you go outside of rush hour.

Used to be a big tri shop there called Arts I think, check if they are still there. Very friendly folks, and tons of great rides once you get out of town there..
