Did a longer swim today... And bricked it with my long run. The long run was a slog. When I got home I was down 6+ lbs, which is quite unusual for just a run. My long run is only 1:15...not some monster run.
I don't normally brick my swims. They don't have a scale at the pool. My swim was a harder swim.... About 80 minutes... 3200scy, with a mainsets of 25x100 fast (for me).
Anyone have data on sweat rate while swimming? I guess I assumed with the cool water I wouldn't really sweat THAT much. Certainly not compared to running in 98f heat.
