2 swimming related questions:

1. I am temporarily living further away from the pool I belong to and I've only been getting to the pool for a 1 hour session every week or so. What is the best thing I can do with this hour?

2. My legs cross over and bump when I kick. Its probably not a big deal, but it drives me nuts. What is this all about and is there a "fix"?

my suggestions are as follows...

1. make your main set 200's

2. thats ok, this is not uncommon and that kicking style is used by many very sucessful swimmers.
