Sufferfest for treadmill workouts

Hey I’m sorry if this has come up before - I’ve been ‘stuck’ on the treadmill for the past few weeks and have come to really enjoy using the bike-targeted sessions from the sufferfest . Fight club is sorta like a fahrtlich session, angles in like a change of pace tempo run. For me I just use the rpe target, add one mph and follow along. It seems like a good way to get some changes of pace in but more importantly the sessions go by quickly. Another variant is to leave the speed constant at like 6-7 mph and adjust the grade to match rpe. Anyway it’s been a nice way to come back to running and get miles in any I wanted to share.
