1. Would SRAM direct mount 1X aero chain ring work with rotor cranks. (Aldhu)

2. Would there be any issue with running the 12-speed arrow chain ring with an 11-speed drivetrain? Seems like a silly question but I just don't want to run into anything that's an unknown.
