Specialized Sitero saddle - carbon rails not working

So I just picked up a like new carbon-railed Sitero for my 2014 Cervelo P3. The saddle will not fit on the post due to the rails not being circular. Anyone have feedback on how to make this work?

If not then I’d love to trade someone my carbon-railed like new Sitero for a black or red one in similar condition with round Cro-mo rails.
