Looking at a used bike, I really dont need but kinda want which makes it hard for me to figure out what to pay.

Its a 2yr old frame & fork, crank, and wheels
Frame is about about $1800 new
Cane Creek clincher wheels 650's
RPM compact cranks

The rest is older stuff
Syntace cow horns and aero bars
Shimano bar end shifters
Dura-ace (8 speed)

Everything looks in good mechanical shape, no major scratches or dents.

So is $750 to low?
