Traitor. Having you lap me at IMLP is a tradition for me. What are you doing in Wisconsin?
Just a short swim, bike and run this Sunday. After I saw all the weather reports I was glad to not be in LP...plus Madison is only 40 minutes from my home. This is I guess my last race for a long while so I plan to milk it. I am figuring that I will have a slowest ever 12:xx IronMan this year...and that is fine by me.

Yeah, Lake Placid was not so much fun this year. Best of luck on your easy workout this weekend. Sorry to hear this will be your last race for a while. I hope you are well enough to get back to Lake Placid soon. Having people lap me is a healthy reality check for me.
Just name a place and time. I'm sure a few of us will show up.
Heck if I know...anyone have any suggestions?

Keep me posted. I probably won't make it till Friday. How about the bar/restaurant at the race HQ, as most of us don't know their way around Madison.
