Sidi Comparison to Carnac
I am about to order a pair of Sidi T1 shoes via mail, and won't have a chance to try them on first. I have ridden in Carnacs for several years and consistenly wear 44's.

Has anyone gone from Sidi to Carnac, or vice versa? What is the sizing comparison; are they comparable or does one run a bit smaller than the other? Also, are there any differences in the way they fit between the two?

Thanks

Mountain Bike shoes are Sidi size 47 w/ socks. Tri shoes are Carnac size 441/2 w/o socks. When I tried Sidi road shoes I was 461/2 w/o socks, so about 2 sizes different which sure seems like a lot. Hope this helps.

Good Luck,

Carnacs are definitely wider than sidi's.

I was a full size larger in Sidi than Carnac: Carnac TRS-1K was a size 40 no socks on, Sidi T-1 was a size 41 no socks on. The fit on the Sidi's felt more snug and precise for my foot shape.
