Wife had some. Generally wouldn't recommend.
Rubber bumpers fall off pretty quickly.
Not as stable to walk in as a SPD-SL cleat.
Not as grippy as a proper SPD shoe.
What are you trying to achieve?

Honestly, had never seen before yesterday. I have a pair of old carbon plate 3 bolt shoes that I could convert to use with my SPD pedals. Just curious if the adapters were worth messing with. Thanks for the information about your experience!
