There is no way to determine what is needed for performance gains for GW1516 (one of the substances detected). Because it would be illegal to test on people.
There's no reason to ever have that stuff in your body.

Emphasis mine. Per
USADA's own web site on the subject, "In addition to being prohibited at all times under the WADA Prohibited List, GW1516 is not legally permitted in any medications, supplements, or foods."
