Seat post sliding

I have a seat post on my TT bike that is already tightened to the max torque and it STILL slides a small amount, mostly over bumpy terrain. What can I put on the seat post to stop the sliding? I was thinking of trying double-sided tape.

Carbon gripper paste.

If you have a Cervelo np2/np3, you also need to grease the bolt. Otherwise, the post might slip even with the paste VERY generously applied.

Next races on the schedule: none at the moment

If the suggestions above don't work try making a shim with a piece of aluminum can and slipping it into the joint and then tighten
