Noob question: In general, is it normal to move slightly forward and aft on a seat to change where you are putting pressure?
On longer rides, I find myself pushing back against the seat to take pressure off my forearms. The mild discomfort doesn't force me out of aero, just minor adjustments of butt/saddle interface. It takes me from being off the nose of the Sitero to having a wider "footprint" on my pubic rami.
Would it be helpful to push the saddle forward so that I'm always putting that pressure on the wider portion (and less on my forearms) or am I overthinking this?
thanks
