Season Flu
I have been hammered by multiple upper respiratory, sore throat and / or sinus sickness since mid April. One episode clears up and a few weeks it always starts with sore throat and a bit of fever. I am not able to get into see my dr for blood work until mid December. I’m not dying, just most days lately I feel lousy and it is affecting my training.

Any other fellow athletes here also struggling with seasonal sickness like myself? This happened last year as well.

I sound like a whiner - I know.

That’s been my life for most of the six years that I’ve had to live in Tennessee due to allergies. Some parts of the year are better than others but generally it’s year-round and the dedicated allergy clinic here hasn’t really been able to do much for me.

You might have them test you for allergies.
