Is Alistair practice holding Lionel's wheel for the ride to Hawi for 12 October. On the way down, Alistair would just be sitting on his top tube anyway and dropping Lionel and then Lionel needs to hammer all the way to Waikaloa to bridge back!

And I'm surprised Lionel wasn't wearing bib shorts! Seriously, I didn't think any serious cyclist/triathlete wore anything but, when just going out for just a ride. The pic he just recently posted, has his jersey riding up his back. It not only looks ghetto, but it's a recipe for a good sun burn!
